What do I need to send?
Your listing photos (ideally one or more of each room, taken level and in good light) and a floorplan. Or paste the link to the listing and we'll take them from there.
What if my photos don’t show every space?
We can only create from what you send. If there’s no photo of a hallway, landing or staircase, we won’t invent one: the walkthrough moves between the rooms you’ve photographed instead. We’ll tell you about any gaps before we invoice, so you can send more photos or go ahead as it is. See our photo guide for the best results.
How is the walkthrough made?
We plan a route through the home from your floorplan, then build each scene from your photography using specialist visualisation software. A member of our team then checks every scene against your originals.
Will it show the property accurately?
Yes. That's our first rule. We never add, remove or move walls, windows, fixtures or views, and we never hide defects. You review every video before it's published, and we'll correct anything that doesn't match.
Should buyers be told how it was made?
We recommend captioning the video "Walkthrough created from listing photography", and we can add that caption for you. It keeps your marketing clear and in line with consumer protection rules.
Can I put it on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket?
Yes. Upload the file to YouTube or Vimeo and add the link to your listing's video tour section, either in the portal or through your CRM's feed.
How do I pay, and how is the video delivered?
There’s no account to create. Send your order with the photos, we check them and email you an invoice to pay by card. Your walkthrough arrives by email as a download link, active for 30 days, ready to upload to your website, YouTube or social channels.
What if I want changes?
One round of revisions is included with every package. Just reply to your delivery email with what you’d like changed.
